Shipping/Where is my order?

Once we receive your order, your order will be processed within 3 business days.  It may take up to 3 weeks for shipping. Orders are only processed on business days Monday through Friday.  Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days. *Please note that we have warehouses all over the world, therefore if you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times**

Can I track my shipment?

You can track the status of your order anytime by emailing us at sierrababyshopinfo@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 48 Hours!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Return Policy

Do you offer returns?

Our goal is to provide you with high quality products, proven and tested to be the best. If you receive something defective or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 30 days to receive a full refund. Replacements and/or exchanges will be provided on a case by case basis, again please contact us within 30 days for consideration.
